First major ELINT and EWAR effort in the Sol system and the discovery that they are indeed in a different timeline.

Late Winter 2030
First contact with surface resistance forces on Earth, specifically groups operating in the high desert and Rocky Mountain region.

Late Fall 2030
First major wave of covert operations oriented on the staging of personnel, the establishment of surface bases, and the foundation laying for larger operations on earth. Once again focused in the American West.

Late Spring 2031
First major wave of training personnel, augmentation personnel, and equipment to resistance organizations.

Early Winter 2031
First wave into the American West Coast to begin the rebuilding of those networks that were destroyed by a major intelligence breach sometime between 2025 and 2030 by a singular informant designated as 'TOPAZ'.

Mid Summer 2032
The beginning of pushing advisors, training, and equipment in the mid-south and midwest of the US with the primary goal of beginning the disruption of cross continent surface traffic. The mainline objectives of this being the gradual slow down and halting of surface based supply corridors using I-70, I-35, I-90, and I-40.

Early Spring 2033
Airlifting of supplies and trained personnel to the east coast with the goal of establishing a foothold.

Early Winter 2033
Transfer of terrestrial fighters back to Cascade for additional training, from here they will either be folded into the conventional 'uptime' forces or be returned back to earth to pass on what they've learned.

Selective targets beginning in late 2032, general operations starting in 2034.
The large scale targeting and termination of notable officials (both human and Shil'vati), nobility involved with economic exploitation both on the surface and throughout the solar system, and the families of both. The latter due to the Imperial tendency of economic activities being directly helmed by hereditary relatives and this tendency bleeding over into acclimated and assimilated Green Zone human officials.

• A 'false flag' attack using the three ships of the Sanujab armada to defend the downtime Vitari at the request of the 'uptime' Vitari in the Waypoint system. Due to the massive tech gap between the Imperium and the Sanujab the Imperial Navy is forced to call of its second invasion of a Vitari system. The downtime Vitari that are 'read in' come up with the name 'The Patrons' for the advanced alien craft and thus begins the illusion of a new very powerful faction in the region.

• Establishment of stealth monitoring satellites in key Imperial systems along with FTL communications nodes to provide realtime intelligence.
• Additionally the propagation of monitoring malware into Imperial civil and military vessels to track movements and possible force mobilizations.

• Initially a targeted merchant raiding campaign for supply and value added goods, gradually becomes a general campaign targeting Imperial shipping in and around the shared periphery.

The elimination of every individual responsible for the invasion of earth; those that advocated for the operation, those that planned, those that where in high command of it, those that perpetuate the on going occupation and 'taming' of humanity, every single individual is on what the fleet command refers to as 'the list'.

The 'frozen' rapid strategic response, a two component operation involving the widespread monitoring of Imperial communications for key terms or movements. Effectively should the secret of uptime humanity's two systems get out and should the Imperium launch a massive attack the second component activates.

The second is the BEM (biosphere ending munition) capable weapon systems that where brought with them during the event and their means of deployment. Should the end be near and should uptime humanity have to carry out their continuing of species and government operations the orders for the second component are simple… respond massively and totally. The difficulty of defending a world from one munition ensures that most of the target set downtime will be serviced in such an event, as follows.

• Most if not all of the Imperial core worlds.
• Most if not all of the inner imperial colonies.
• 3/8ths to half of the outer colonies.
• Selective strategically important smaller systems that serve some kind of military or major economic capacity.

It is estimated that the initial and follow up strikes will terminate roughly 1/10th to 1/8th of the Imperial population from both direct effects and indirect initial effects (blast effect versus societal collapse and bombardment effect winter). Due to the targeting of certain key industrial worlds and agricultural sites it is estimated another third of the remaining population will perish from the disruption. Further losses caused by opportunistic activity from the Alliance and Consortium are unknown due to variables changing from month to month depending on mutual force levels and readiness.
