- Movement of a Marine operational task group into near area space.

- FTL capable strikecraft operating from the Europa jump in and blanket the targeted planet's orbital space with standoff anti-ship missiles.
- Secondary sites including military installations and the system's refueling station are also savaged by long range AShMs.
- Stealth ships that have drifted in close launch munitions at very close range on any survivors.
- Scattered Imperial patrol assets begin to regroup out system.
- Two stealth ships drop into atmosphere to begin deploying strike craft and other assets to support the ground operation.
- Space Engagement: Second Stage
- Imperial patrol interceptors begin to make their presence known, picking off drones and hassling UAN fighters and strikecraft in the system as many small furballs erupt. In the end though their reliance on impulse drives allows the tracking of their gravimetric signatures and most spend a large amount of time notching incoming long range interceptor missiles from equally hard to spot UAN stealth fighters.
- A Patrol group returns to find the chaos and gets stuck in, the UAN stealth ships summon another squadron of long range strikecraft who launch on them with stand off AShMs. The success is only moderate this time with an aware and maneuvering force.
- Missiles and laser fire crisscross the operational area as the Imperial Patrol group of frigates and cruisers attempt to force their way back into target planet's orbit.
- Space Engagement: Final Stage
- With the danger of losing orbital control due to the lack of ships in the operational combat area the Admiral in charge chooses to send in a singular vessel, the UASV Gettysburg. A three mile long 'strike ship', a hybrid of a heavy cruiser and a carrier. It jumps in between the on coming Imperial ships and the planet, dumping six hundred drone fighters into the fight and unloading its main batteries toward the oncoming ships.
