Sol Combatants

Consisting of remnants of human prewar regular military forces and surviving reserves, they have chosen not to surrender themselves to the attentions of Imperial occupation. Some hide in plain sight due to the hectic nature of the post invasion world under assumed identities, others have taken up arms and fled to areas the Imperials consider yellow and red zones. By ten years post war they are well experienced in Imperial operations but their numbers and material equipment have dwindled from capture, casualties, and some simply deciding that joining the 'new' society on the sly is the only real option for a chance at a future. However they remain the most capable armed force on the planet after the Imperials and their puppets.

An experimental military force comprised of volunteers from the former militaries of China, India, and some European nations to act as a rapidly deploy-able (and disposable) combat group for trouble spots on earth. Mostly brought about due to the outbreak of war between the galactic powers in 2034 and the resulting draw down of Imperial regular military on earth. However smaller units had been toyed with as recently as 2032.
