Armor Profile
MLCC-Type Ablative
Known as micro laminate crystalline composite ablative material, it is a sacrificial anti-directed energy applique to the primary protection areas of the armor. Mostly only intended to buy the wearer one or two impacts at most, the ablative does aid the user by dispersing beam scattering reflective particulates when struck by hostile fire.
